Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal battle to be subject of new documentary

The ongoing legal battle between It Ends With Us stars Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively has been made into the subject of a new documentary.

The 90-minute film, titled He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni, has been created by ITN Productions and will be broadcast in the UK by Channel 5 on March 17th.

Made quickly in response to the blazing legal drama between the pair, the documentary will explore the allegations of sexual misconduct on the set of the romance movie in which they both starred, brought about by Lively against Baldoni.

The actor has also alleged that Baldoni then hired a PR firm to create a social media smear campaign against her. However, Baldoni has countered these claims by filing a $400 million defamation suit against Lively of his own.

The documentary is likely to discuss the details of these respective lawsuits ahead of the trial set to be held in March 2026. It will also discuss a slew of other claims, including the $250 million suit brought by Baldoni against the New York Times, which first reported the allegations. The newspaper has since sought to dismiss the lawsuit.

It is also set to explore the social media onslaught against both sides, which is likely to play a pivotal role in determining the outcome of the trial overall.

Lively has been granted a protective order against Baldoni, who directed It Ends With Us as well as starring alongside her in it, to prevent excessive information being leaked to the public with regard to the details of the case.

He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni will air in the UK on Channel 5, before an hour-long, cut version of the documentary will then broadcast in the US on March 31st via Max and Discovery+.
