Julia Jacklin has shared a dreamy live video of her wonderful Crushing song ‘Comfort’.

Th clip, filmed backstage on tour in the US with First Aid Kit, is the latest collaboration between Jacklin and director Nick Mckk and shows Jacklin singing and playing guitar into a gleefully lit mirror.

Having completed a run of dates in her native Australia, Jacklin has hit the UK and Europe to continue her world tour in support of her acclaimed sophomore record, Crushing.

Here’s the clip:

The second full-length album from Jacklin embodies every possible meaning of its title word. It’s an album formed from sheer intensity of feeling, a narrative of heartbreak and infatuation. The follow-up to her critically acclaimed 2016 debut Don’t Let the Kids WinCrushing finds Jacklin continually acknowledging what’s expected of her, then gracefully rejecting those expectations.

The UK shows – all sold out – began on Tuesday 26th March in Brighton and ended at London’s Electric Brixton on April 4th, Julia then appeared at further sold out dates in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin – the trip ends in Zurich, before continuing in the US.
