Glastonbury Festival has shared a series of playlists which detail the stage-by-stage line-ups of their major stages. The collection features artists who were set to play on their respective line-ups before the 2020 event was cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic.
The Worthy Farm event announced the cancellation of its 2020 edition announced in March, the 50th anniversary of the iconic festival was set to be headlined by Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift, who were meant to be lighting up the Pyramid Stage this coming weekend.
The Pyramid Stage playlist features all three headliners as well as the occupant of this year’s ‘legend’s slot’ Diana Ross, in addition to the likes of HAIM, Lana Del Rey, Elbow, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Specials, Sinead O’Connor and Camila Cabello.
The Other Stage meanwhile was set to grace headline sets from Dua Lipa, Pet Shop Boys and Fatboy Slim as well as performances from Robyn, AJ Tracey, Anderson .Paak, Blossoms, Declan McKenna, Anna Calvi, Nadine Shah, Sam Fender, Supergrass, Metronomy, Happy Mondays and La Roux
Kelis, Danny Brown and Thom Yorke were pencilled in to headline the West Holts Stage alongside the likes of Tom Misch, Celeste, Brittany Howard, Thundercat and TLC. The Park Stage was set to welcome Baxter Dury, Fontaines D.C., Caribou, Manic Street Preachers, London Grammar, Phoebe Bridgers and EOB.
Completing the set is a playlist for The John Peel Stage featuring Charli XCX, FKA Twigs, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Editors, Cage The Elephant, Jehnny Beth, Primal Scream, Aitch and beabadoobee.
