Gene Simmons announces new Canadian tour as part of 2026 plans

Gene Simmons has announced seven live dates in Canada, adding to his North American commitments taking place throughout the rest of the year.

After performing one show in Airway Heights at the beginning of May, the Kiss star will begin his solo shows in earnest in June, visiting Indio, Pleasanton, and Riverside, before making his way to Milwaukee, Fresno, Murphys, Steline, and Bensalem in July.

Following on from this, Simmons will play two shows in August and make a festival appearance at The Sands in October.

A little later down the line, Simmons will kick off his Canadian visitation with a performance in Edmonton on November 30th. He will continue throughout Calgary, Lethbridge, Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg, before concluding his run of 2026 dates in Sydney on December 12th.

In the middle of his solo commitments, the musician will embark on the second annual Kiss Kruise: Landlocked in Las Vegas fan event. Repeating the 2025 format, the group will play two unmasked shows and undertake various activities with fans on board with them.

Recently, Simmons hinted that his touring future won’t be contained to the physical realm. Holograms of Kiss are reported to be in development and will allegedly be ready for 2028. Simmons added that the holograms will debut with newly-written Kiss songs.
