Elvis Depressedly announces first ever UK dates alongside new LP

In May 2015 they released New Alhambra with Run For Cover Records and Orchid Tapes, in June 2016 Elvis Depressedly tour with a their new LP

Elvis Depressedly is Mathew Cothran and Delaney Mills. Mathew and Delaney live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.

They are currently touring in support of this record as well as the reissue of 2013’s Holo Pleasures, to be released by Run For Cover on June 3rd alongside a new EP of unreleased material on the B-side, California Dreamin’.

“The media don’t give a fuck but i do have two albums coming out this year one of them very soon,”Mat Cothran told Upset Magazine. “If anyone is interested in a conversation about them hmu,” he added

“The two releases I’m speaking of,” he later explains, “are a reissue of my band Elvis Depressedly’s album ‘Holo Pleasures’, with six ‘bonus’ tracks that were left off the original recording, as well as a release under my Coma Cinema project, which will be the successor to my last album under that name, ‘Posthumous Release’. [The new Coma Cinema record] is called ‘Tasty Mask’.”

This tour will be the duo’s first time in the UK and follows considerable demand for them to visit for some time now. In Delaney’s words they are “stoked about making questionable choices, getting lost a lot, and meeting the people who have supported us for years face 2 face.”
