Edgar Wright has shared the official trailer for his eagerly anticipated new film Last Night In Soho starring Anya Taylor-Joy.
The psychological horror, which stars Taylor-Joy alongside Thomasin McKenzie, has now officially released the full trailer after Wright shared a first look earlier in the week.
“A young girl, passionate about fashion design, is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer,” the film synopsis reads. “But 1960s London is not what it seems, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences.”
Wright, who has managed to keep specific details of the plot under wraps, co-wrote the original script with 1917 and Penny Dreadful writer Krysty Wilson-Cairns.
The film, which has been hit by numerous production delays due to the coronavirus pandemic, will see the likes of Matt Smith, Terence Stamp, Diana Rigg, Jessie Mei Li, and Rita Tushingham work alongside McKenzie and Taylor-Joy on the cast.
Last Night In Soho is due to be released on October 22 this year.
