East India Youth to release second album on XL

Far Out favourite East India Youth aka William Doyle has unveiled details of the follow-up to Total Strife Forever.

His Mercury-nominated debut was released by the Quietus Phonographic Corporation last year and also made into our Albums of 2014 list, which you cab see in full here.

This time around, Doyle will put out the record on XL Recordings and we can expect it to reach our ears on April 6th.

He has yet to share any of the music from the new album, but has revealed it will be called Culture of Volume.

Last year saw East India Youth catapulted from relative obscurity to the consciousness of the mainstream, with an enthralling live show and festival appearances at the likes of Glastonbury and Latitude.
