Devendra Banhart, who was due to perform at the Hackney Empire on April 12th, has been forced to postpone the event until the summer.
“Devendra Banhart due to perform here on Wed 12 April has been rescheduled to Tues 18 July – we hope you can still make it,” a statement on the official Hackney Empire website read.
“Original bookings will be automatically transferred to the new date and new tickets will be issued by the end of May. If you won’t be able to attend the rescheduled date, we sincerely apologise and can offer you a refund.
“If you wish to have a refund, please contact the box office along with the returned tickets before the 08 May 2017 to Box Office, Hackney Empire, 291 Mare Street, London, United Kingdom, E8 1EJ.”
The headline show is part of Barnhart’s tour in support of his latest album, Ape In Pink Marble.
