David Byrne announces 2026 US and European tour dates

David Byrne has announced that he is set to continue his stint on the road into 2026, with more dates confirmed across the United States and Europe.

The former Talking Heads frontman released his most recent album, Who is the Sky?, back in September, and has been touring across North America over the past few months with its associated tour.

However, over the course of spring 2026, Byrne will return to the country to perform a string of new dates, along with adding a selection of new European dates for later in the summer.

It comes as he is already set to visit the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand throughout the year, turning the Who is the Sky? tour into a global affair.

The latest added stint of dates will begin on April 4th at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, before concluding on May 17th in Baltimore, Maryland, at the Hippodrome Theatre.

Similarly, Byrne’s newly announced run of summer European dates will kick off on June 17th at the O2 Universum in Prague, Czech Republic, and wrap up on June 28th at Arena Pula in Pula, Croatia.

Interestingly, Byrne’s tour poster shows a number of blurred dates, namely April 26th, June 14th, July 5th, and July 9th, suggesting that the avant-garde star could have a number of possible festival appearances still to announce.

He has already revealed that he will be taking to the stage at a number of US and European festivals over the course of next year, including Roskilde, Down the Rabbit Hole, Mad Cool, and Latitude Festival in the UK.

Tickets for the new dates of Byrne’s 2026 Who is the Sky? tour will go on sale from December 12th at 10am local time.
