Having received an Oscar nomination for his leading role performance in Jordan Peele’s 2017 debut movie Get Out, Daniel Kaluuya looks set to team-up with the director once more in a secretive project.
Although little is currently known about the specifics of the project itself, the details surrounding the forthcoming film have been well documented. It is set for release on July 22nd 2022, and Hustlers Keke Palmer is already signed on for the project, as reported by Deadline.
Peele’s script is complete, and he will be producing and directing the project. The movie itself, however, is still untitled and no plot details have yet surfaced.
Peele’s last feature film was 2019 horror film Us, which starred Lupita Nyong’o which was also met with critical acclaim.
Daniel Kaluuya most recently starred in Shaka King’s Judas and the Black Messiah alongside Jesse Plemons, who has also reportedly been offered a role in Peele’s forthcoming project.
