Nick Cave is getting his own graphic novel biography


A trailer has been released for a new graphic novel biography titled Nick Cave: Mercy On Me.

Created by novelist Reinhard Kleist, who previously wrote a biography of Johnny Cash, the book is composed of 328-pages and follows Cave from his childhood, through the destructive years with The Birthday Party and ultimately to The Bad Seeds: “a terrifying conflation of Cave songs, biographical half-truths and complete fabulations,” Cave said.

“[It’s] a complex, chilling and completely bizarre journey into Cave World,” he adds before confirming what we’re always wondered: “Although I never killed Elisa Day.”
