Brad Pitt’s skincare line reportedly sued by penis cream brand
The skincare line owned by Brad Pitt is reportedly being sued by a penis cream brand for $75,000 over a trademark infringement.
Pitt co-founded the brand Beau Domaine in 2022 alongside the Perrin family, known for their wine-making in Provence, France. However, the line rebranded from its original name of Le Domaine last summer.
This subsequently sparked a legal case between the brand and the small Malibu-based company Beau D, which is known for its range of men’s personal care and beauty products, including penis cream.
According to Air Mail, the brand’s founder, Brandon Palas, is now suing Beau Domaine and pursuing litigation, following three attempts at a private settlement that have allegedly failed to materialise.
The case has been ongoing since December 2025, with Palas reportedly claiming that the Hollywood actor’s brand name and typeface are too similar to his own.
He is subsequently claiming this is trademark infringement, false designation of origin, meaning that customers could be misled over whether two separate products are affiliated with one another, and common-law unfair competition under California’s Business and Professions Code.
The founder of Beau D is seeking damages of $75,000 as well as a permanent injunction to stop Beau Domaine from using its name and branding completely.
“This isn’t about publicity or punishment,” Palas told Air Mail. “It’s about protecting the integrity of what we’ve spent years building and ensuring independent brands have the right to grow without being overshadowed or diluted.”
According to the publication, Beau Domaine have not yet made any official filings to the court in response, and have not yet made any public statement on the matter.
