Bob Dylan teases 2026 tour extension
Bob Dylan has confirmed his Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour will continue into 2026.
Dylan released his last studio album, Rough and Rowdy Ways, in 2020, and has been touring it across the world for the last four years since concerts returned once Covid-19 pandemic restrictions were lifted.
Despite the album being released half a decade ago, Dylan has no plans to stop hitting the road with his current show.
Taking to X, Dylan shared with his followers on November 13th, “To all fans and followers of Rough and Rowdy Ways Show . We will see you early Spring 2026, will let you know where and when later .”
He has not specified where he is planning to bring the tour in early 2026, but it’ll likely be North America, considering he’s playing in the UK currently.
Following the recent conclusion of his European tour, which saw him play cities including Amsterdam, Cologne, Paris, Brussels, Stockholm and Copenhagen, Dylan commenced upon the UK leg of his Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour earlier this month.
It began at the Brighton Centre on November 7th before visiting Wales for three shows in Swansea, as well as a stop in Coventry. He plays Leeds tonight (November 14th) ahead of two concerts in Glasgow and Belfast.
Dylan will end the run with an Irish tour, which will see him play two nights in Killarney before concluding the dates at the 3Arena in Dublin on November 25th.
Meanwhile, Dylan was recently celebrated by the Berklee College of Music with an honorary degree. In response to the achievement, he said, “Thank you, Berklee College of Music, for bestowing on me this prestigious honor. What a pleasant surprise.”
Dylan continued, “Who knows what path my career might have taken if I’d been fortunate enough to learn from some of the great musicians who taught at Berklee. It’s something to think about.”
