New on Amazon Prime April 2021: The best movies and series

Four months into the new year already and this pandemic is worse than that toxic ex who refuses to leave us alone. Let’s be honest, we owe our sanity to essential workers as well as streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. 2020 was the absolute worst with the pandemic confining us amidst the four dreary walls of our apartments. Barred from going to the pool or hitting the gym, we have binged on as many shows and films as possible, accompanying it with umpteen number of pepperoni pizzas.

2021 seems dreary for sure, but these streaming platforms have got our backs; Amazon Prime, for instance, has a very interesting lineup for April 2021. Among all the new releases, the one that I, personally, am most excited for is Stephano Sollima’s Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse which will see Michael B. Jordan as a US Navy SEAL John Clark who seeks revenge for his pregnant wife’s murder at the hands of Russian soldiers.

Great things are expected from this film, and we cannot wait to watch personal favourites such as Moonrise Kingdom, Inception and more, which lie just a click away.
