The War On Drugs share dreamy new music 'Thinking Of A Place'

The War On Drugs unearthed ‘Thinking Of A Place’ to celebrate Record Store Day over the weekend; the first new music since their acclaimed 2014 album Lost In A Dream.

Released as a 12″ single for Record Store Day on Saturday, the 11-minute track signified a nod of the head to Springsteen-inspiredTom Petty Americana with a dash of dulcet guitar solos from lead singer Adam Granduciel.

With little information coming out from camp War On Drugs in relation to the band’s fourth album, ‘Thinking Of A Place’ marks a dream-like return to form and their first release since signing to Atlantic Records.

Here it is, in all its glory, ‘Thinking Of A Place’
