Tim Presley and his project White Fence recorded a special track for the second edition of Psych For Sore Eyes, which got its digital release this week (November 3rd).

‘Before He Met Her (Decomposing Lime)’ is a swirling, yet regal piece of psychedelia that takes the more reflective pieces of Tame Impala’s Lonerism and mangles them up in a brew of infectious disorientation.

This Track of the Day is a perfect slice of sonic exploration to get you ready for the day ahead during the crisp mornings of the Autumn. It picks up on the blissful vibes that have been showering our stereo all summer thanks to the band’s album For the Recently Found Innocent, which came out on Ty Segall’s Drag City Label earlier this year.

In fact, Segall is such a big fan that he recorded the collaborative album Hair with Presley back in 2012 – well worth a go if you haven’t tried it already.

But for those more interested in the second chance to wrap your ears around Sonic Cathedral’s Psych For Sore Eyes 2 compilation, it’s available to download now via Sonic Cathedral. Expect to hear the likes of Psychic Ills, Damaged Bug of Thee Oh Sees and, of course, White Fence.
