St. Vincent took to the very, very small stage when she appeared on NPR’s much-beloved feature ‘Tiny Desk Concert’. The New York based singer took to the show to offer up some of her new singles in a far more restrained way.

Annie Clark, AKA St. Vincent, has been touring and working through her album responsibilities ads she continues to power home the strong message of MASSEDUCTION through her music and rhetoric. The album is full of heavy chords and melding synths but at the TDC she offered a rare glimpse at the tracks in an acoustic setting.

The solo acoustic set offered three tracks from the critically acclaimed album, ‘New York,’ ‘Los Ageless,’ and ‘Slow Dance’ – all of which naturally banged. It was not only a moment to enjoy for the music but also Clark’s wonderfully eccentric personality as she jokes and works the crowd.

Atop all of this there has also been a brilliant remix from Kelly Lee Owens of the lead track of the album ‘New York’. You can hear that below the NPR Tiny Desk Concert.
