Unknown Mortal Orchestra have released new single American Guilt, the psych-tinged, guitar heavy track gives fans a glimpse of the direction Ruben Neilson and co will be heading in with their next LP.

The track is a welcome return for the Portland based band who’s third record 2015’s Multi-Love was received wonderfully and rightfully earned the group an army of fans all over the globe.

The New Zealanders also announced details a world tour launching in April which will see the group start off in the USA, with stays in Europe along the way before returning across the Atlantic and concluding on July 19th in Phoenix, Arizona. Tickets for all new tour dates go on sale Friday, January 26th at 10 a.m. local time via the band’s official site.

Last week, the group were confirmed as one of the headliners for World Island Festival in Leeds which will take place in May, other acts appearing alongside Unknown Mortal Orchestra include Sampha, Loyle Carner, Nightmares On Wax, Giles Peterson and Yellow Days.
